Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or modify orders up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for full refunds.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

• Products are significantly defective or spoiled upon delivery
• Delivery was not completed due to our error
• Order cancellation made within the allowed timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Subscription Services

If you subscribe to recurring deliveries:

• Your payment method will be charged automatically according to the selected frequency
• You can modify or cancel subscriptions through your account dashboard
• Subscription changes require 48 hours notice before the next scheduled delivery
