What areas do you deliver to?

We currently serve Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and surrounding regions within a 40-kilometer radius. Enter your postcode during checkout to verify delivery availability.

Can I visit the farms?

We organize quarterly farm tours for active customers. These visits provide an opportunity to meet the farmers, see growing practices firsthand, and understand where your food comes from.

What if I am not satisfied with a delivery?

Quality is our priority. If any item does not meet your expectations, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a credit for your next order.

Are the farms certified organic?

Most of our partner farms use organic practices but not all carry official certification due to the cost. We verify growing methods independently and publish detailed sourcing information.

How do I modify my subscription?

Log into your account dashboard to pause, skip, or change delivery frequency. Adjustments made before 8 PM will apply to the next scheduled delivery.
